Return and Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, please call us within 10 days of your purchase to arrange for an exchange, credit or refund.

Medafore.com Return Policy

  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
  • A return authorization number can be obtained from us calling
  • Write the return authorization number prominently on the outside of your return shipment.
  • ELT INC, DBA Medafore.com will credit you for returned merchandise as soon as it is received and processed.
  • Credit is based on the original invoice price and excludes shipping charges.
  • No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the original date of purchase.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received in unused, resalable condition.
  • For health reasons ELT INC, DBA Medafore.com is unable to accept returns or exchanges of some products such as single patient garments, breathing circuits, including filters, hoses, adapters and masks.
  • Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
  • All returns are subject to a returned item charge of 25% of original purchase amount.
 

Order Cancellation: 

  • Credit card processors and PayPal charge a non refundable 3.2% fee. 
  • If your order is cancelled before we ship, we will issue a refund of 96.8% to cover the credit card / PayPal fees.
  • If your order is cancelled after we have created a shipping label, an additional 5% will be charged. 
  • If your order is cancelled in transit, we will charge the above mentioned 25% of the purchase price to cover shipping and return shipping. 
  • If you do not agree with these terms, please do not order from us.  
  • We are a small business that works on small margins and offer products at the fraction of the new retail price.
